We send you the contract to review and sign. 

Finally, your hire vehicle is ready for you. 

Drivers must present a current driving license, and a proof of address document. 

We welcome customers to pick their vehicles; however, we offer a vehicle delivery service to your premises. 

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and BACS transfer to our business account. 

However, an arranged direct debit mandate can provide peace of mind to yourself. 

We require customers to pay an additional week of security deposit which is refunded once the vehicle is returned with no damages. 

Our current fleet consists of +20 vehicles and the majority are on hire. However, we work with our partners that allow us to access and meet the needs of our clients within a week if a larger fleet is required. 

Contracts are based on an initial agreement of 3 months as a minimum. Our vehicles can be hired for multiple years if required. However, we advise our clients that interval services and maintenance are required every 6 months to ensure roadworthiness. Thus we agree with our customers on a day for our mobile mechanics to service your hired vehicle. 

Our vehicles are fitted with mobile trackers and immobilizers. The purpose is to ensure asset security and  meet the needs of our corporate clients to monitor vehicle journeys.
